Not only were Valentine, Lupe, and Rosa incredibly welcoming and accommodating, but they went above and beyond by promptly returning my forgotten shower bag-a true mark of their attentiveness and care for guests. The air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver, especially during the warm Chacala days. It worked flawlessly, providing a refreshing escape from the heat and ensuring a comfortable environment throughout my stay. The terrace, overlooking the picturesque bay, was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the stunning views-truly a highlight of my experience at Casa. The kitchen facilities and utensils available for guest use were a pleasant surprise. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of having cookware and utensils readily accessible, allowing me to prepare and enjoy meals with ease. Casa exceeded my already high expectations in every aspect, making my time in Chacala truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this exceptional hotel to anyone seeking a delightful and memorable stay.
