Not only were Valentine, Lupe, and Rosa incredibly welcoming and accommodating, but they went above and beyond by promptly returning my forgotten shower bag—a true mark of their attentiveness and care for guests. The air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver, especially during the warm Chacala days. It worked flawlessly, providing a refreshing escape from the heat and ensuring a comfortable environment throughout my stay. The terrace, overlooking the picturesque bay, was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the stunning views—truly a highlight of my experience at Casa.
